Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@peezi.co within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@peezi.co. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Hygiene Products

Peezi products are personal hygiene products.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, unsealed or have damaged packaging.

Only unused and unopened products are eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@peezi.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective or incorrect.
